Sundeep Harper focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate matters, real estate and property transactions, and business law.

 

Typical of Sundeep’s clients are those involved in residential or commercial closings, clients starting a new business, those seeking a comprehensive estate plan, clients dealing with the probate administration process, and persons in need of assistance, such as conservators or guardians.  Sundeep takes immense pride in assisting families plan for and navigate unexpected life events, organizing succession plans for business clients, and preparing complex trusts that serve her clients’ needs.

 

Her success is a direct result of her understanding the importance of keeping a close eye on the needs of her clients, and being able to bring an analytical approach to oftentimes very emotional situations. Her greatest source of satisfaction is the relationships she’s built with her clients and peers throughout the course of her career, and seeing her clients achieve their desired success at the end of a case.

 

Sundeep earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University in 2007 and her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2012.  She is the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association and sits on the Board of Directors of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
